Kaiser Permanente
Designed (done in 2014) user interfaces that facilitated effective use of patient portal Web application. Created low to high fidelity mockups and User Interface for web and mobile that communicated functionality. Participated in strategic design and business decisions. Promoted user-centered design at all levels of the organization.

Brainstorming
With brainstorming and white boarding exercise with the other designer on the project a sitemap was built to understand the task list and task flow. User flows were built too at this stage.
Wireframing
Click-able wireframes were created.
Performed Usability Test 3 times with 5 to 8 people each test. With every round of feedback the design was iterated at this stage to derive a desirable product.
Mockups
UI design was heavily influenced by the end-user interviews. User Testing conducted during the Wireframe stage also influenced the design choices. The User Research team had also conducted Competitive Analysis and its report helped to base the UI on.
Marketing
Various emailers were created to give a personalized touch for the online product.
